Build Time

Our ornaments are typically ready in 1–2 weeks. That gives us time to design, cut, engrave, paint, assemble, and add all those finishing touchesbefore your ornament is ready for pickup or shipping.

During the busy holiday season, build times may be a little longer — If we’re running beyond our usual 1–2 week turnaround, we will have that info posted during the ordering process.

Shipping for our Line & Timber Portraits is a flat rate of $15 anywhere in Canada.

We’ll take care of choosing the best shipping option and make sure your custom piece is carefully packaged for its journey.

Once it’s on the way, you’ll receive tracking information so you can follow your new artwork all the way home. 🖤
